Been a loyal costumer pretty much when they opened! The shakes , waffles , protein doughnuts and my all time favorite their iced peach ring are top notch! Lilly is always so welcoming! Rise up is honestly my favorite place to get anything nutritious!!

Their new overnight oats are a 10/10 for sure! Go try! They have energy drinks and parfaits to go. Their teas are amazing, their shakes are fulfilling and never disappoint. They change their flavors almost every month and it’s a vibe when you walk in. They also offer community walk. They have fat reduction, fat release, and collagen add ons. To go packs of tea are available and they have delicious protein donuts. Go check them out! The waffles are great too!

One of my favorite stops for a pre/post workout drink, or just a drink to get me through a day at work. Also a great place if you need to study! 📖 Lilly and Alex are always so friendly, and I definitely recommend you get one of their special teas from their monthly menu which changes with new flavors every month 😁

Didn’t get to try different shakes this time. But the service was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely return. I ordered a post work out shake with cookie dough. The flavor was ..ok.. but again.. it was a work out shake! 😆
